My name is Latavier Wagner and I am Candace Wagner. We are second and third generational “Tradesmen”, except we are the contrast; we are women. For generations our family has learned the value of working with their hands. Rather it be painting, roofing, or installing floors, our family has been building relationships with their God given strength and abilities for decades. Throughout this journey, the men in our family carried out this legacy year after year; but as history has shown us, there aren’t many things a man can do that a woman can't dominate. So, in 2014 we joined the family business to learn floor installation. Over the last two and a half years we were on our hands and knees next to some of the finest men this family will ever know. With blood, sweat, and sometimes tears we learned and honed a craft that has been in our family for over 50 yrs. Once we practiced our skills, we realized that this could open doors for women that can relate to us. Women not afraid to get their hands dirty, women that saw their fathers and brothers and grandfathers use their hands to build the world around them, and wished to become a part of that legacy. We started RBG Flooring not only looking forward to empowering these women, as well as the countless number of women being financially abused when hiring someone for home improvements, just to be depreciated or worse  discriminatory charges due to their lack of knowledge in the construction industry. Our ability, knowledge, understanding and most of all attention to detail is what we pride ourselves in. We are here to show the next generation it doesn’t matter if you are male or female, your family legacy can continue to live through you  not only with the stories you tell, but with the good works you create. With that being said, we look forward to working with you to break yet another glass ceiling by laying an exquisite, quality piece of history right underneath your feet.
