PSR managed rigorous acoustic requirements for this 4,000 sqft sound studio and performance space. The specialized project is located in a populated residential area with detailed sound code laws. The project was completed ahead of schedule, with technical sound management elements, acoustic floors, ceilings and sound walls. PSR’s relationship with the owner continues, with new jobs in the research phase.
