Migues Deloach Co. LLC

Mr. Deloach spent three years after graduation from Northeast Louisiana University in the heavy construction industry working on the Sidney A. Murray Hydro-Electric power plant and Dam structure #3 (Red River) as an assistant Project Manager.

Mr. Deloach transitioned back to the commercial construction industry where he went to work for Skip Converse, Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager and spent 13 years specializing mostly in design-build hospital construction. He spent 3 years as president of the construction division for Skip Converse, Inc.

In 2002, Mr. Deloach started Deloach Construction, LLC which later merged with The Migues Deloach Company LLC, where he became a partner. His involvement has been primarily focused in the areas of military work for the Corps of Engineers, prison work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, industrial plant work, substation electrical foundations, and ASTEC roof coatings.

Mr. Deloach spent 3 years after graduating from NLU working as an estimator and project manager for Milton J. Womack, Inc. Womack is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is a commercial general contractor and developer.

In 1975, Mr. Deloach began working for Ratcliff Construction Company of Alexandria, Louisiana. He worked as an estimator and project manager and was promoted to Vice President of the company in 1980. In 1990 he was placed in charge of the estimating division of Ratcliff Construction.

Mr. Deloach was employed in 1996 as a project manager and estimator for Skip Converse, Inc. of Pineville, Louisana. He also served as Vice President of the company.

In April 2002, Mr. Deloach founded The Migues Deloach Company LLC with Mr. Larry Migues. The company is located in Pineville, Louisiana and operates as a commercial general contractor. Mr. Deloach serves as a managing partner of the company.

Mr. Deloach spent 8 years after graduating from Northeast Louisiana University working as a directional surveyor and driller for a major oil field service company. Five of the years were spent in foreign countries. Mr. Deloach transitioned back to the construction industry fulfilling the duties as a project engineer for 2 years on the Oakdale Prison Phase II project with Ratcliff Construction. He spent the next ten years with Skip Converse Construction in project management and estimating for major interior work.

In 2002, Mr. Deloach started Deloach Construction, LLC which later merged with The Migues Deloach Company, LLC. He became a managing partner and focuses on project management and estimating.

Mr. Wendell K. Nugent has over 30 years of experience in construction and supervision.  He has held positions of Iron Worker, Welder, Boilermaker, Pip fitter, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, General Superintendent, Project Coordinator, QAQC Plant CWI, and Regional Quality Manager,  He has extensive experience in piping, boiler, welding, vessels, structural steel, and plant maintenance.  He has a good working knowledge of planning, scheduling, and estimating. 
 

Mr. Stephen Shook has over 25 years of experience in construction and supervision.  He has held positions of Pipefitter (NCCER), Welder, Boiler Maker, Iron Worker, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent,Turn Around coordinator, Planner/Scheduler, Project Manager and Regional Manager.  He has extensive experience in equipment lay out and setting, piping, welding, vessels, boilers, structural steel, and plant maintenance and turn arounds

Mr. Ford has spent 40 years in the heavy industrial construction industry, new construction and turnaround work in the United States, Aruba, and St. Croix with companies such as Brown & Root for 10 years, CBI for 10 years, and Hayes Manufacturing (Pineville, LA) for 18 years.  Experience: superintendent, project manager, and estimating projects for piping, structural, and mechanical jobs.
