STATEMENT OF QULAIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE

Inspection Corps is soliciting service contracts to qualified Professional Architects, Engineers, Surveyors and Construction Management firms for inspection services in the following:

Structural welding (AWS D1.1), bolting (AISC) and certified building erection (IBC).  Pipeline and piping facility construction (API 1104) and renovation and maintenance of plant infrastructure (ASME).  We also offer NACE coatings inspections, soil compaction and concrete testing. 

Professional services performed include Certified Welding Inspection, Non-Destructive Testing, material sampling, Sub-Contractor auditing, document control and review.  Inspection Corps also performs welder qualification testing, welding procedures and pre-qualified records.

Special inspection services include material testing, RFI and turnover package review during arbitration.

Inspection Corps officially launched January 1, 2016.  The business structure is Veteran Owned Small Business, Sole Proprietor and registered in Hardin County, State of Texas.  The main office is located at 1211 Neyland Rd. Silsbee, TX, USA.  The company is registered with Duns & Bradstreet (080130456) and CAGE (7JNV2).  

Inspection Corps is a contracting and special inspections service firm serving the Continental United States and Alaska.  Our total commitment embraced in our slogan – Swift, Accurate and Professional is to provide clients with quality service while controlling cost and maintaining a prompt work schedule.  

We currently employ certified professional technicians with disciplines that span across the welding and construction industries.

To date we have projects with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers in Oregon, USA estimated at $1.6 million in construction which is scheduled for commissioning in late 2016.

Our largest project is Tenaris, Bay City Seamless Pipe Mill.  This ongoing project for us has evolved from Clients representative for special inspections to General Contractor for core drilling and sub-contractor quality control.  This project is estimated at $2 billion and scheduled for commissioning late 2017.

Inspection Corps takes a direct approach upon starting a new project.  We are fully involved in kick off / pre construction, project management meetings and document review.  We also recognize City, State and Federal laws and regulations with regards to Health, Safety and Environment.
