Oakmont Springs (“The Company”) focuses on two primary industries: Landscape Construction and Commercial Landscape Management. The Company’s landscape construction specializes in new plant and irrigation installation, and aims to compete in the new construction market in the state of Florida. Oakmont Springs’s other line of business, landscape management, centers on large HOAs, COAs, and commercial accounts. The Company knows that limiting liability is important to our clients; therefore, we have extensive insurance coverage. Moreover, our management is undergirded with education and experience: e.g., thousands of hours of operating built upon an accredited Bachelor’s degree in Land & Park Management, stressing horticulture, water conservation, irrigation, and business economics. In respect to the residential market, Oakmont Springs is selective in order to take on only large scale projects or those that require some customization.
