Scope Of Work
Construction of new park concession/restroom and clubhouse facility. Included, sitework, concrete slab and walkway, asphalt pathway, masonry exterior, interior wood frame, shingle roof, cupola, flooring, painting, ACT, insulation, Doors and Windows, MEP.
Work was overwhelmed by weather conditions. The Owner worked with the GC to overcome the obstacle. Owner was happy with final results.
