Founded in 1987 by brothers Mark and John Finelli as a commercial and residential construction and remodeling company, Finelli Construction Incorporated is a Troy based commercial, industrial and residential construction company with over 20 years experience as a General Contractor. From our first project over 20 years ago, our philosophy has stayed the same: We deliver quality construction, on time and within budget.
