30 Years of Friendship, 40+ Years of Experience.  Competitors turned life long family friends.   Dave Mattson and Rick Cohen go way back.  Their wives' and families close, and their backgrounds diverse, yet very similar.  One could say it was only a matter of time.  What makes MACO and its' offering so unique are those incredibly diverse and successful backgrounds of each individual.  Dave Mattson has spent the last half of his professional career managing/overseeing significant, complex projects for large institutional firms.  Rick has spent his entire career building an incredible portfolio of construction projects, and orchestrated the successful growth of a multi-million dollar corporation.  Together, they offer an expansive and unbelievable understanding of all things development and construction.
