Our Story

Formally known as Grand Entrance, and after a long period of being out of the industry, our strong reputation for great quality work and service led to us being asked to come back into the market. Having deep roots and strong passion for a growing Greater Raleigh area, we knew it was time to get back to what we do best. We went to work to see how our company could be the asset to its customers as it had been for the better part of 30 years. We knew things had changed, so we were willing to do the same.

Grand Entrance Group, LLC (or “GEG”) was born with four equity partners all with extensive experience in real estate in the Raleigh area. Most of our experience comes from national builders and developers, as well as land acquisition. The next generation has brought a new look to Grand Entrance Group, but as always, with the same goal and that is to bring the most cost effective product with the absolute BEST quality in the industry to our customers. We can achieve this by having key strategic partnerships with suppliers such as SiteOne Landscape.

Our philosophy in business has and continues to be that Grand Entrance Group, LLC is the turnkey entrance way consultant, designer, builder, and installer for the Triangle area. We believe our work in the communities since the late 1980’s speaks for itself and can be seen in the well-known subdivisions such as Wakefield Plantation, McGregor, Brier Creek, Brightleaf, The Hamptons, and many more you can see in our extensive picture gallery.

We always welcome the opportunity to work with new customers and even more appreciate the opportunity to continue to work with repeat customers. We will never say a job is “too small” and will absolutely never back down from a challenge. We recognize that when a new homeowner comes in to a GEG-built entrance, there will never be a second chance to make a first impression, and that is why we live by our motto “When First Impressions Matter”.
