Scope Of Work
Class A premier student housing consisting of 380beds with retail. Located across form University of Houston main campus with over 45,000 student body. It will have high end finishes with numerous upscale amen ties. The retail will have National credit tenants which will add another amenity to the entire project. On the 2nd phase, another 400 beds will be added along with some more retail.
