CM Munden Construction Services is a full service demolition and wrecking contractor. With our project management team’s combined nearly half century of experience, and knowledgeable staff, we are set up to tackle any type of demolition project ranging from interior/selective, to multi story office buildings, and infrastructure. We are a SWaM certified Woman owned business and a Virginia DPOR certified Class A contractor. We are a VDOT prequalified vendor and carry a Hazwoper certification. Our employees are enrolled in the Rapid Gate and TWIC programs as well. We can handle your project and hand it over turnkey. We will coordinate utility cutoffs, pull the necessary permits, perform site restoration, and request final inspections. Or, we can offer prices on the demolition scope alone.
