Kolin Gasper  - President

As president and founder of Refresh Construction, Kolin is responsible for ensuring all necessary tools, technology and resources are available to our project teams to successfully deliver on our promises to our clients.
Prior to founding Refresh Construction, Kolin earned a Bachelors in Architecture form Florida A&M University. While attending college he worked as a tradesman and after graduation continued to work his way up through the ranks as an estimator, superintendent, architect, and project manager. 
During this time, he developed technical expertise that has served him well in a variety of project types and market segments including: Commercial, Multi-Story Family & Office, Public and Non-Profit.

With over 20 years industry experience in the Florida market, Kolin is committed to establishing strong partnerships and results for our clients.
