    Robert Cecil is a Nevada County native. The original Cecil Construction was a one man operation but soon developed into a full service construction company to better serve the community. Two divisions, construction and painting, were established to make sure our clients receive quality service throughout all phases of their construction project. By carefully building the company one person at a time Robert Cecil was able to maintain strict quality standards at very competitive prices.
