Philosophy

SKK Architects was established in 2009 by the owner – Peter Kim, a State of Minnesota Registered Architect who is also LEED AP Certified. The core philosophy of SKKA lies in the research and development of architecture with traditional values surrounding the premise that, “We shall be better tomorrow because we learned from yesterday.” Some of SKK’s strengths lie in its provision of client-orientated communications, digital-based design resources and goal-orientated problem solving techniques. In addition, SKKA is certified by the Metropolitan Council as a Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) and certified by the State of Minnesota as a Targeted Group/ Economically Disadvantaged Small Business (TG/EDSB).
