In addition to construction, we also offer professional design and infrastructure planning services relative to the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades.

We are a small business formulated to provide a wide range of contracting services, primarily Engineering and Construction.The company has operated for 4 years in Tuscaloosa, Alabama focusing on primarily commercial construction services.

Cheyanne provides a wide array of trades, such as concrete, roofing, carpentry, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and various other trades. In addition to construction, we also offer professional design and infrastructure planning services relative to the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades. Beginning in late 2013, we developed the Infrastructure Assessment and Capacity Tool (I-ACT, patent pending as of October 2013). This tool allows us to accurately integrate healthcare master planning into the infrastructure planning model developed by the I-ACT. The “I-ACT” develops a graphical representation of where deficiencies are located within each building relative to infrastructure issues (MEP).

Cheyanne’s goal for 2014-2016 would be to expand our services and provide design-build services ensuring the customer a turn-key solution that will maximize the efficiency of communication throughout the entire project. We are currently in the certification process of the 8(a) program for the SBA. We are currently a registered Minority Business Enterprise with the State of Alabama (MWBE) and certified Woman-Owned Small Business with the SBA. At the beginning of 2013, Cheyanne Contracting began performing work for the University of Alabama, providing general construction services.
