Chad graduated from University of Wisconsin–Stout with a degree in Construction Management with minors in Risk Control Management and Business. Chad is also a certified Associate Constructor through the accredited American Institute of Constructors.

Chad has more than 15 years of experience in the residential, commercial and light industrial construction industries. Chad leads the estimating and construction management divisions at CR Structures Group. Specifically, he manages construction activities subject to the estimating, scheduling, expediting, project managing and close-out of projects.

Kip is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Platteville and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with Construction Management Emphasis and a minor in Business. Kip is also a LEED® Green Associate.

Kip has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and light industrial construction industry. Kip leads business development and client relation efforts at CR Structures Group. His responsibilities include cultivating new business opportunities in all markets throughout northeast Wisconsin; directing the development of strategic alliances with clients, business partners and industry-specific associations; and managing pre-construction activities subject to the planning, designing, budgeting, permitting, financing and scheduling of projects.

Kip’s commitment extends beyond the company to numerous organizations. He is a board member of the Fox Cities Chamber, UW-Fox Valley Foundation and Appleton Baseball Club, and also lends support to several charitable organizations.
