The story of Powers Construction, a locally owned and operated Denver Colorado construction company since 1970 with a combined experience of 44 years. It is a family owned and operated business spanning 3 generations. The company began concentrating on design-build/remodel and tenant finish projects and, with slow and steady leadership, built Powers Construction into one of the most reliable construction teams in Colorado.

We specialize in residential & commercial construction, new Colorado custom homes, basement remodels as well as property management and field services. Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, in downtown Denver, we have the ability to service Denver and all surrounding areas. Our team works directly with other construction, estimating and management personnel to provide a single source of performance and responsibility. Each project constructed by Powers Construction, involves a construction team consisting of a business development representative, a project coordinator, a project manager, design professionals and a project superintendent. This team, through its experience and organization, allows for a check and balance system based upon customer needs including the construction budget, economical implementation of changes, decisions affecting the schedule, working drawings and permit considerations. Our design-build method of project delivery provides a means by which a project can be developed to specific building requirements and budget.
