Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane Construction Company provided construction management services for the 85,725-square-foot distribution facility for Victory Packaging located in Dallas, Texas. This project is the third property that United Properties Southwest has developed on behalf of Victory Packaging.
The single-story, tiltwall facility features a 24′ clear height to accommodate storage systems used in the distribution of packing materials, boxes, plastic wrapping and other packaging products. Eight external docks and one drive-in door facilitate the movement of products throughout the facility.
