Scope Of Work
The Seventeen10 building is a Class A mixed-use building on Lake Street in Uptown with 11,000 SF of retail and office space on the first and second floors, and seven large apartment homes on the third and fourth. Seventeen10 is one of the first buildings of its kind on Lake Calhoun and was designed to help modernize the façade of Lake Street.
