Scope Of Work
Together with CPM, Reuter Walton is developing a five-story full-service hotel on the University of Minnesota campus, catered to serve the school as well as the nearby U of M Ambulatory Care Center. The 141-room hotel will contain over 6,000 SF of restaurant space and meeting rooms, along with full-service banquet facilities, a pool, light rail access, and underground parking.
