Agate Asphalt is a full-service Asphalt Paving Company located in Poulsbo, WA. Agate Asphalt was formed in 2014 by Clayton Hallum. With a lifetime of paving experience, and being a 3rd-generation asphalt paver, Hallum started his paving company here in Kitsap County.  The Hallum Family began paving in the Central Valley of California in the 1930's . Hallum Senior is still running Central Valley Paving to this day.

We specialize in both Residential and Commercial Asphalt Paving. There is no job too small or too big that we can't handle. Along with paving, we also offer Sealcoating, Striping, and Sport Court Resurfacing through our parent company, New Line Services, Inc.

Our #1 priority is to provide exceptional service to our customers and make sure that they enjoy the experience from start to finish. The experience starts with the initial phone call and ends when the job is completed. Along the way, we make sure that our clients are treated respectfully, information is timely, it's fun, and by the time we are finished, we expect to have established a relationship that will last a lifetime.
