Our Story

Since 1995, Advanced Automation Systems, Inc. (AAS) has been assisting schools,
hospitals, cities, counties, airports, private developers, churches and the military
with the automation of all the various systems within the buildings they manage.
AAS is a full service building automation contractor serving the West Coast of Florida
and a factory authorized representative for Delta Controls (HVAC, Lighting, Access)
and Vicon CCTV Systems.

Our natural resources are a precious commodity.  Now more than ever, we are being
called as a society to protect and conserve our resources.  Because buildings consume
a large amount of energy on a daily basis, there are many opportunities to save.  As
a partner of Delta Controls, AAS brings innovative products to bear on every project
that make it easy to reduce energy consumption and costs.

AAS doesn’t just automate your building.we integrate state-of-the-art technology into
its structure to help it think for itself!  Imagine being able to monitor and adjust all of
your buildings’ systems across multiple buildings and multiple campuses through one
control center with a touch of a button?  Or to create a building so intelligent that it
automatically adjusts those same systems based on room occupancy and/or ambient
light?

Let AAS show you the DIFFERENCE we can make in the performance of your
building(s).  Learn how you can easily control multi-use, multi-schedule needs
through an intelligent platform that gives you the information you need at your
fingertips to monitor and adjust various systems in your building to create maximum
performance.
