Derek is a seasoned healthcare construction professional with over twenty-five years of construction experience. Prior to co-founding CoBeck Construction, Derek worked for general contracting firms and tasked with both small and large construction projects. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Derek is also a devoted project manager fulfilling daily project commitments.

Nate brings a strategic mindset as co-founder of CoBeck Construction. Nate leverages his fifteen years of experience by focusing on operations as well as project management responsibilities. Nate is a problem-solver and is dialed in to develop straightforward solutions to common, everyday issues and challenges.

Amy is passionate problem-solver with a strong technical background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design in Construction (VDC). Her background, education and experience creates a solid foundation for her project approach. As project manager, she is a valuable advocate for the owner. As a result, she makes timely and informed decisions on time-sensitive projects with the utmost consideration given to overall project expectations and desired outcomes.

Chelsea got the itch for the construction industry when she was 12 years old while bending tin and cleaning up her family’s Heating and Air Conditioning shop for cash. Upon receiving her Architectural Drafting degree, she began her career working for an architectural firm and then a precast company. After gaining several years of experience, she ventured over to General Contracting as a Project Manager and hasn’t looked back. Being on all the different sides of the table has given Chelsea an in-depth understanding of the industry. Her positive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to help others make her a fantastic asset to any project.

Jason is easy to work with and highly approachable. Having over 24 years of experience,  Jason has a strong understanding and knowledge of all construction trades due to his many years from supervising construction projects. Jason is a master at planning ahead and mitigating potential conflicts and finding workable solutions to the day-to-day challenges.

Jeff is a dedicated Project Manager who brings a well-balanced mix of onsite supervision and project management experience to the project team. Jeff is experienced in many project delivery methods such as GMP and design-build. Attention to detail and an ability to think outside the box are at the core of his problem-solving skills.

Kevin is a dedicated, intelligent and careful commercial construction manager with a proven record of success. He can effectively perform every aspect of construction project management, from design phase, estimating, to punch-list and warranty. He is loyal, hard-working, and committed to his client’s requirements. He enjoys cooperative problem solving and maintains a strong willingness to cultivate relationships.

Ryan is a knowledgeable and dedicated construction professional who has over 13 years of experience managing projects. Being highly responsive, Ryan enjoys collaborating with the clients and trades of the job. His detail-oriented yet flexible approach brings special attention to each project. Ryan is great team player at CoBeck!

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys fishing and hanging out with his family.

Dan is a responsive champion in the field. He has a wealth of experience which contributes to the success of his assigned projects in a organized and methodical manner.

Jason brings more than 25 years of construction experience to CoBeck. He has worked on projects ranging from $1,000 to $15 million and is seasoned in all aspects of construction. Jason is known for being easy to work with and delivering high quality results.

Josh Mickels has been in the construction industry for over 10 years, during his time with CoBeck he has proved to be a dependable and hard-working Superintendent. He has experience working in a wide variety of sectors including medical, semi-conductor, manufacturing, tenant and corporate improvements.
