Sunset Building Maintenance Inc has been providing Janitorial service in the Bay Area for almost 25 years. The owners deal directly with all of our customers. We have full night time supervision of our employee's and the owners interact with our customers during the day. All e mails and phone calls come to the owners directly as well.

As a medium size comany of 50 employee's we can offer you very personal service with very fast response time. Sunset focuses on facilities from 15,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet. Our plan from the start was to keep our company in the 50 to 60 employee range so we could maintain the best quality control possible. This how we prefer to do business.
