Charles Giovanni Vanzan Coutinho, Ph. D. is a Principal and Managing Director of Coutinho Properties. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. He was interviewed, in the Manhattan, real estate periodical, 'The Real Deal' in its November 2011 issue. In a past life, an academic and historian, he is a member of the Royal Historical Society, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the Royal United Services Institute as well as the Lotos, National Arts, Princeton, and Amateur Comedy Clubs, as well as the Metropolitan Opera Club. He is the President of Sutton Area Community, Sutton Place's leading neighborhood organization. He and his family reside in the Sutton Place section of Manhattan.
Dr. J. D. Coutinho is the founder and Chairman of Coutinho properties. A well-known writer of fiction, his other interests include the Brazilian Endowment for the Arts. A non-profit organization of which he is also founder & President. Among his many awards for his philanthropic activities is his being awarded the title of ‘Commander’ in the Order of Rio Branco (the Brazilian equivalent of the Legion of Honor).
Alina joined Coutinho Properties as the Assistant Property Manager. She has over four years of experience working as an office clerk. She started out as a Legal Secretary and moved up to Real Estate Legal Assistant. Through her previous roles, she became proficient with real estate transactions and related regulations. Shortly after starting her work as Assistant Property Manager at Coutinho Properties, Alina obtained her License as Real Estate Agent. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right apartment to call home is her passion.
In 2013 Alina completed two-years international program at Susquehanna University, PA, where she studied Financial Economics. In 2016 Alina successfully graduated from Yaroslavl State University, Russia with Bachelor of Laws degree.
Alina manages day-to-day office service: communicate with brokers and tenants, schedule appointments, organizes office procedures, responds to tenants’ inquiries, deals with correspondence, compiles factual and numerical data.
Inna is a property manager and licensed real estate broker for Coutinho Properties. In addition to her very polished and professional client service, she also has significant experience in the NYC real estate market. Inna specializes in property management, brokering sales, market research, client management, negotiation, and marketing. She has also studied across the globe. She graduated with a Marketing degree from the International Christian University (Kiev-Vienna), and has completed programs at Rutgers University, the New York Real Estate Institute (NYREI) and Vaxjo University (Sweden). Inna speaks fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish, as well as conversational Spanish.
