Smart Plumbing & Rooter is a California-based plumbing company that prides itself as a quality full service business. Smart Plumbing & Rooter is able to handle any service request for plumbing of volume multi-family, commercial or custom new homes. 

Jerry Nash – Jerry has over 40 years’ experience in the construction field. Starting out in Construction Traits, he used those learned skills to work his way thru college. He holds degrees in Construction Management and Business Management and in 1982, he founded CSI Inc., building custom homes, commercial projects and selling construction material packages to many Pacific Rim Companies. In 1995, Jerry joined Osborne Construction building projects that included schools, military multi-family housing, large commercial and industrial projects, and navigational stations for the United States Coast Guard.  In 2005, joining White Residential, he built several multi-family projects in the California market. He joins Smart Plumbing & Rooter as part Owner and Project Manager.

Hector Galaviz – Hector has over 30 years’ experience plumbing in both residential and commercial projects thru-out the Southern California region.  He joined companies such as Quality Plumbing, Victors Plumbing and Pacific Coast Rooter, learning the trade prior to getting his state license in 2014.  He also gained valuable skills working for Eli Jr. Pumping and Pacific Rim Realtors prior to starting his own plumbing business.  He joins Smart Plumbing & Rooter as part Owner and Operations Manager.

This business depends on people who can draw from a wide range of knowledge, which Jerry and Hector have demonstrated thru their experience in the field; managing projects and as business owners.
