Scope Of Work
The General Services Administration awarded Fulton Coastcon a $24.5 million contract to build the federal courthouse after quality-based evaluation process.
"They were the greatest value," Lautzenheiser said, adding that the committee graded each firm separately, based on experience, references and other factors. "We look at prices but we determine the greatest value to the government - not necessarily the lowest price, but it's the greatest value."
