Scope Of Work
This was a great client to work for. We have replaced many different glass panes in the Southpark Building. It is glazed with 1/4" greylite 14 tempered safety glass and 1/4" greylite 14 spandrel at the concrete floor lines. The glazing system is gasket and zipper.

Almost all the work done on the Southpark building has been by a stage or man lift system such as a boom lift.

We have also installed 1/4" laminated safety glass in the slope glazed skylite system at the main entry of the building, which also required us to use a boom lift. Before the replacement the building was having water leaking issues after rain and ever since we replaced the glass and resealed the slope, we haven't had one leak issue.
