Prime Contracting

Prime Contracting was founded in July of 2015 by Brayden Hemmer. With the companies foundation being set by the owner, Prime Contracting has an extensive background in the Retail Construction Industry focusing on Mall TI's and Developer Deals as well as working in some of the more difficult Malls and Cities across California (ie; Costa Mesa, Santa Monica, Beverly Center, and Santa Clara). Our reputation has been built on High Profile, Fast-Track Projects and On-Time Quality Turn Overs. We can handle projects ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 60,000 square feet and contracts ranging anywhere between $5,000 to approximately $3,000,000.

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, we are able to maintain great client relations as well as keeping a large resource of well qualified contractors available for upcoming projects.
