This is a new 8,000 sq ft medical office building for Dr. Penaherrera.
The building includes 17 exam/procedure rooms, a nurses’ station,
reception area, and other offices and storage rooms. The building
also includes a 2,000 sq ft shell space for future tenant improvements.
