JennTec is a Woman-Owned Small Business providing environmental consulting services for developers, lenders, commercial real estate firms, and government entities. We perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for new construction, purchasing, or financing. We are experienced with special scopes such as Freddie Mac and HUD. If you need to deal with contamination on your property, we can help with that too. We offer tank and soil removal, sampling, and project management for everything you need to comply with the law and limit your liability.
