Founder, President and Senior Project Manager, Gabriel Varga has over 25 years of experience in construction, overseeing projects in the millions of dollars. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the Universtity of Rhode Island (2002), and represents the fifth generation of engineers in his family. 

Senior Project Manager with more than 27 years of experience in the construction area, Estimations, Cost Analysis, Bidding Processes, Development, and implementation of procedures with a focus on Sustainability and Quality without neglecting the Profitability of Employed Capital,

Managing to complete successful projects and achieving high levels of satisfaction, More than 20 years in University Teaching and 6 years in University Administration.

Determination to face challenges and overcome difficulties, developing my leadership skills with internal and external resources, group work, interaction between different departments and team management in multiple projects in parallel in multicultural and multifunctional work environments.
