Company Vision Statement

At Sierra-Core, our official policy is to take a planned approach to continuous improvement of our processes and services in order to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations 100% of the time.  Our key values of safety, quality, productivity and cost control are the foundation of our business; while honor and integrity are the fundamental underpinnings of our approach.  These key values are necessarily geared to best serve the interests of all of our stakeholders.

Introduction to Sierra-Core

Sierra-Core is an experienced and highly-recommended electrical and HVAC contractor serving the needs of commercial and industrial clients in the Greater Pittsburgh area since 1995.  Initially founded as a Sole-Proprietorship, we have recently changed our business structure to one of a LLC to better suit our growing business.   The two Company Principals supply a combined half-century of Industrial and Construction experience, while being accredited with two Engineering Degrees and a MBA in Executive Management.  Our business structure is split between two divisions: Commercial Electrical Construction and HVAC Service and Installation.  We are currently in the process of expanding both Divisions and are actively seeking new clients.

Sierra-Core, LLC is licensed with the state of Pennsylvania as both an Electrical and HVAC Contractor.  We also carry a Federal CFC License, allowing us to service all Freon-based equipment.  We are fully insured with both Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance; while being fully-bondable.  Project experience runs the gamut: from simple couple-day retrofits, to extensive six-figure green-field projects.

Our Company Slogan, or ethos if you will, is “On Time and On Budget”.  We accomplish this by following, and yes demanding, a strict adherence to an operational hierarchy: Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Control.  By providing strict Standard Operating Procedures to our Technicians, we can assure our clients of a successful execution of their project each and every time at simply the best value in the marketplace.  After all, you’re not hiring a technician but rather a cost-effective solution to this piece of your project.  This is exactly where Sierra-Core shines the brightest:  Namely, execution.

As Project Managers, we appreciate the need for “no surprises”.  With a proven track record of meeting or exceeding our commitments, YOU can be certain that this part of your project is in the hands of responsible professionals who set the standards for excellence in our industry.  When you choose Sierra-Core, you are choosing peace-of-mind because we have the bases covered so you can focus on other pressing matters.
