Teva Landscaping Contractors specialize in design and installation of new patios, steps, and walkways, and can do full restoration on any existing stones.  We have restored and rejuvenated large scale properties and smaller business locations, as well as restoration of walls, areas and steps.

Using age-old techniques of masons and stoneworkers, our Teva Landscaping crews excel at matching the stones and pointing of the existing stonework with amazing skill.  Our personnel utilize local quarries and works with their personnel to find the perfect stones for the project.

The stones for many of the projects are hand-picked by the owner and landscape manager.

Large Commercial Installations

·        Water Features and Ponds; Installation & Maintenance

The creation of ponds is a Teva Landscaping specialty!!  Our teams have designed and installed huge sweeping ponds with several levels of boulder waterfalls, countless small quaint ponds in private garden areas, which then led to designing and installing many-tiered waterfalls with several ponds at various areas.  We have installed unique water features which transition into porch areas, then install plantings and gardens to make it a wonder.  We have constructed pondless waterfalls, which are a challenge that we welcome.

Imagine the employees at any facility having a wondrous respite area to refresh their spirits and give new strength to their endeavors.

Many of the stones for the projects are hand-picked by the owner and landscape manager, including special ‘waterfall stones’ designated for a particular spot.  Sometimes they find special stones that allow them to re-imagine a design to incorporate the stones, bringing a unique flair to the project.

  • Fencing

Teva Landscaping will work with you to build fencing to the specific needs and areas of the property.  Our proven design team has the ability to create unique fencing, or simply replace an existing weary fence to new.  We communicate approval on all aspects and work with the client.

  • Deck Design and Installation

Teva Landscape will design and build a deck to the specific landscape need of the business or property.  Our team specializes in creating unique tiers and combine mediums to bring a special individualized and exclusive design to your project.

  • Resurfacing

We feel that the familiarity of a professionally standardized and schematic color theme will resonate with the tenants and personnel, and people will have more confidence with a cultured, neat, and welcoming walkway.  It’s unconformable, yet casually conventional.

  • Existing Concrete Resurfacing;
    • Patio
    • Walkways
    • Pool Decks

Teva Landscaping will work with your company on collaborative endeavors with resurfacing materials.  We can present ideas for review, and look forward to providing some of the various business and properties with different and unusual concepts, while maintaining a variety of color and style.

Since we've accomplished projects with several large corporations, our growing understanding has been that a commonality of branding with a logo in an interesting and standardized schematic color scheme resonates very well, not only with the personnel and employees, but with clients and tenants alike.  Walking through a professional exterior entrance and foyer gives people confidence that the premises they’re entering is even neater, more organized and cultured inside.  Presentation in a welcoming walkway or sidewalk is unconformable, yet casually conventional.

There are endless designs and options in working with these resurfacing materials which could transform an area with the ability to engage people's attitudes using a pithy and/or meaningful expression, such as “Thank You”, "Dream Big", or perhaps a special saying that your particular company uses in everyday life at work.  We have found that something as simple as "Welcome" tends to uplift spirits, makes everyone feel as though they are, indeed, welcomed.

Please take a look at some of the various projects which our staff has conceptualized, then accomplished.

If you would like to have a free consultation to discuss these options, we will schedule at your convenience.
