WHO WE ARE

Trinity Waterproofing is an installer of waterproof coatings and architectural sheet metal products in the Western Washington area. We employ a team professionals that have training in; and are factory certified installers of products that are manufactured by the world’s leading coating manufactures.

OUR HISTORY

Trinity Waterproofing and its brother company Trinity metals were established in 2004, we have finished literally hundreds of projects ranging from personal homes to large condominium projects. No matter the size of the project our focus is in the details to build systems that will last for years of trouble free use.
The Pacific Northwest is one of the wettest areas in the world, with some of the most difficult terrain to work with; from hill sides to the windy beaches Trinity waterproofing has overcome a wide variety of residential and commercial waterproofing challenges that are unique to the industry. Our team is continuing education in the industry to keep current with the evolving technology’s to be able to provide you with the best systems and products available.

Deck Coatings:

Trinity waterproofing is an industry leader in the Northwest for deck coating installations and remediation projects. Our projects and scopes of work change from small scale 1 day projects to large scale yearlong projects. No matter the size of the project the same attention is paid to the details and to provide a beautiful finish.

Re-coat:

Decks surface needs to be cleaned and maintained as part of the lifecycle of the deck coating. Depending on the manufacturer and the original warranty, decks need to be cleaned, inspected for damage and have a maintenance top coat installed every 5-10 years. Trinity Waterproofing has established a re-coat program that we are glad to provide to any home owner, HOA, property manager or owner. We will inspect all decks and surfaces; provide a written evaluation and recommendations for maintenance. Once any required repairs and or maintenance coating is performed we will gladly issue a 5 year re-coat warranty. This can be repeated every 5 years as long as you would like to maintain the warranty.

Vehicular coatings:

Protecting the structure from prolonged moisture saturation on parking decks is important in protecting the longevity of a structure. Vehicular coatings can be installed at any elevated parking area. They are typically much stronger coatings that use more coarse aggregate. Designed for the wear and tear of vehicles and has higher chemical resistive properties.

Foundations

The pacific Northwest has some prolonged periods of rain that saturates the ground causing very slow drainage. As water pressure in the soil surrounding the building grows, water seems to find even the smallest crack that presents the least resistance. Trinity Waterproofing installs several proven systems of foundation waterproofing including:
Bentonite clay mats,
These mats look similar to blankest that are hung on the wall. If moisture is present on the side of the foundation the clay will swell and fills the voids in the wall.
Bituthene self-adhered membrane,
This is a peal and stick product that sticks directly to the wall.
Modified bituminous/asphalt emulsion,
This is a spry applied monolithic system that is fully adhered to the foundation wall.

All systems are installed with a drain mat that will divert the water to a trench drain at the base of the foundation.

OURTYARD AND PARKINGS

Courtyards and parking garages:

Parking garages and courtyards are often times overlooked for adequate protection. Over time cracks form in the structural concrete and allow moisture to penetrate the concrete. Left unattended this will rust any rebar in the slab causing it to expand and damage the structure. The moisture will also carry with it calcium from the concrete, dripping on cars this will destroy the vehicle finish and leave the building owners liable. Vehicular coatings made for garages and courtyards are stronger and more chemical resistant than most coating to stand up to years of heavy use. Trinity Waterproofing is highly trained to overcome the numerus problems encountered with parking garage waterproofing systems.

Trinity waterproofing has been continuing its trainings and certifications with many of the top manufactures in the industry to be able to provide a well balanced product line to meet any situation.

WARRANTY

A warranty is only as good as the company that is providing it. Trinity Waterproofing has been in the industry since 2004 and has built a strong reputation for our consistent quality of work with some of the oldest and strongest waterproofing manufactures in the industry. Anyone can offer a warranty letter,, but few are backed by the leaders in the industry. Our warranties are some of the leaders in the industry of 5, 10, 15 to 25 years. We also can provide a joint serval warranty for qualified projects that will warranty the labor and the material for the life of the warranty.

Maintaining your warranty for the life of your building is also available through the re-coat warranty programs we offer in joint effort with manufactures. Before the end of your original warranty period we will inspect all the surfaces for any needed repairs. Once approved for the maintenance costs we will clean all the deck surfaces, make any needed repairs, primer and a new top coat or maintenance coat will be installed. Then the warranty can be extended out another 5 to 10 years depending on the system.
