Scope Of Work
Window cleaning utilizing our pole fed system to access the various unit's windows. We used ladders to gain access to patios so as to not bother the home owners. Job took just 3-4 hours to complete so very little impact to the home owners. Some units required interior window cleaning which we were happy to provide.
previous vendors where forcing HOA to use ladders to clean windows, we were able to come in for 40% off of what they paid last year and provide them with our superior quality and service. We earned another annual client!
