As Founder and Director of Maintenance Pro LLC, my responsibility is overseeing total operations of the company by maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of our team at Maintenance Pro. I am skilled at identifying, developing and implementing best practices that improve employee performance and contribute to high-quality control standards while simultaneously supporting our client relationships. With over 18+ years of experience in the cleaning industry, I bring a variety of skills to my company. The cleaning service industry is very competitive, therefore I strive to properly train and educate our "clean team" to be the best at what they do.
