Our Story

Value 1 Property, LLC, a Veteran owned and operated commercial renovation/build-out and home Improvement Company that began in May of 2006, the goal was to purchase distressed properties to rehabilitate for both resale and retain as rentals for investment. In March of 2011 property management was added to our portfolio, we now own a three unit building in Baltimore and manage properties in Upper Marlboro, Hyattsville, Adelphi, Germantown, Oxon Hill, Fort Washington, Baltimore City, Maryland, and also in Washington, DC. Our goal is to be a full service construction/property management company by having all services in house; we can then control the quality of workmanship, deadlines, and project budget across the board. We have completed projects that include; build-outs of restaurant, fire place show room, projects for the US Post Office, Boys and Girls Club, The Council House, (a senior citizen facility), and a number of projects for the State of Maryland, (The Spring Field Hospital Center).
