RMC Powder Coating was founded over 20 years ago by two brothers with a passion for bringing memories back to life. 

It started in a garage as a way for the two of them to spend time together, witness the joy of restoring vintage memories, and to make a bit of extra money. The word spread of the high-quality and workmanship of the team, which then attracted customers from hundreds of miles to have their childhood artifacts (and their memories) restored. They quickly expanded to custom paint jobs, small fabrication projects, and gained opportunities to partner with local businesses. 

The RMC Powder Coating family has changed over the years, moving to the Ann Arbor/Jackson, MI area. Their sons joined, after years of military service in Afghanistan, with a passion to work together in the business they grew up with. This marked a significant generational change for RMC Powder Coating to be a family business focusing on its core value of high quality workmanship and restorations.
