Sharon is a master navigator with limitless energy and has led SFC into many new frontiers with certifications and community involvement. Her attitude is, "We know what we have to do, now let's make a plan to make it happen successfully." When not at the helm of the mothership, Sharon thrives on being a dedicated wife, mom and grandma (Mimi).  She is passionate about education and loves learning new things and putting them into application at work and at  home. 

Hannah started working with Sentinel in April 2020.  She was new to the specialty trade of fencing but has five years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in electrical drafting and other administrative work. Hannah also has a bachelor's degree in Interior Design.  When she is not busy working, she enjoys gardening at home and exploring her beautiful home state of Arizona.  She also enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons with her family, and spending quality time with her pet cat and rabbits.

Jason is the newest member of the team at Sentinel. His experience comes from serving as a team and squad leader in the U.S. Army, and as a Security Project Manager. He has a degree in Audio Engineering and studied Community Sports Management at Arizona State University.  When he is not at work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and trying new foods.

Rick is a 40 year veteran to the fencing industry. He has built a national reputation for his expertise in the fencing industry, primarily in correctional facilities.  Whether he is working on a project or on the phone calls, he is keeping the pipeline of business at Sentinel flowing and he is the most tenured member on the team.  He is a foodie at heart, and king of the BBQ! When he's not working, he enjoys entertaining family and friends at home.  He loves to travel with his partner in crime, Sharon.  He and Sharon stay very busy at work, but spend a lot of their off time traveling and having new adventures.

Vernon started working with Sentinel in  2021.  He was brand new to the industry of fence, but has over 15 years of experience in the United States Army in many technical fields.  Vernon brought with him strong communication skills and a can do attitude.  The team can always count on him no matter what the task may be. 

When he's not working, Vernon enjoys golfing, watching sports, and exploring Arizona and surrounding states with his wife and boys.

Michelle has been in the construction field for over six years. She started working with Sentinel in  2021.  Goal oriented and with a can do attitude, she takes a pro-active approach to everything she does. 

In her downtime, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, star gazing, and watching sports especially a good football game! 

Randy plays a major role in managing day to day operations. He has worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, and has been an accountant for more than 20 years. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys rooting for his Phoenix Suns and Dallas Cowboys, camping in his Jeep, and building models.
