Scope Of Work
An existing building on 1836 Green St was fully rehabbed to house the new Little Amps Coffee Shop. Formerly a rundown corner store, the new coffee shop brings new positive culture to the area. The second and third floors of this building are home to a new upscale apartment space with complete with a new composite deck and fiber cement siding.
