As President of DMS, Jake leads the overall business functions with an emphasis on Marketing, Sales, and Union partnerships as well as driving strategy, vision and corporate culture. He has background in technology sales since graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. In his spare time, Jake enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, bow hunting and hunting land management.
Paul Davis has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He began as a journeyman pipefitter in 1979 and quickly moved on to the positions of job foreman, project manager and estimator. From 1985-1995 Paul worked for his father's company, Equipment Supply, Inc., a commercial and industrial construction and service company in St. Paul. In 1995, Paul combined his experience with the Whelan Company (est. 1991) and formed the Whelan-Davis Company. Beginning in January 2010 Paul launched Davis Mechanical Systems, a commercial and industrial HVAC company. Due to Paul Davis's extensive experience and reputation, customers of DMS can be assured of the highest level of service in the Twin Cities area. Paul personally holds all of the master level licenses available in the pipefitting industry.
Phil has led and delivered on complex projects from multi-million dollar homes to state of the art manufacturing facilities and everything in between. With over 18 years of field experience and a Master Plumbing License, Phil has honed in his craft and looks to build upon the foundation that Davis Mechanical Systems has set forth in the market place. When not designing and running projects, Phil enjoys spending time with his children, wife Amy and smoking meats on his pellet smoker.
Craig holds a Bachelor’s degree from Concordia University and has a diverse background. He brings over 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry in all aspects of installation, service, refrigeration and home automation projects. Craig leads the residential HVAC team, commercial service department and home automation strategy in addition to overseeing the company safety program. When he isn’t working on HVAC systems, Craig is a Commander with Medford Fire/Rescue, and enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in his kid's sports.
