With the support of his family and his Co-ownership with his wife, Beatrice, Andrew set out to begin a milestone of accomplishments starting with acquiring and organizing the best trained and educated staff in the Valley and in the state of Arizona.

Andrew has been in the pest management industry for over eleven years serving in the capacities of a Service Technician, Sales Consultant, Service Manager, and District Manager- Transitory. Andrew has worked side by side with board certified entomologists, attended several lectures, seminars and obtained relevant and nationally recognized certification through courses in person and with online educational systems. Andrew has been state certified in four states and continues his education and development with memberships in several trade organizations including a side-by-side partnership with other local pest management owners.

Andrew has his Masters of Administration from Northern Arizona University and uses all the principals and information learned in his small business; He obtained his Bachelors in Management and Human Relations in 2009 from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Payback Pest Control is a local member of the Chamber of Commerce, and Network Together both of which support local small business.
