Born in Lancaster, Jim enjoys restoring classic trucks, fishing, traveling to the mountains, riding his Harley, motor cross and scuba diving. Jim has been with the company since the company has originated, he has 21 years experience in excavating. Jim currently oversees the estimating department and is a project manager. Jim's family includes son James JR.(A field Supervisor with the company) son Benny and daughter Hannah.

Born in Lancaster, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, being in the outdoors and coaching his children's sports teams. Tom started in 2007 when the company originated with his brother Jim, and he has 19 years experience in the excavating industry. Tom currently oversees operations in the field.  Toms family includes his wife Heather, and their four children sons Owen and Grant and daughters Abigal and Lilly.
