History

Our founder, Randy Cromer, started in the security business in 1997 as an installer for the largest ADT dealer in the Midwest. Fortunately he worked along side some of the best people in the industry giving him a depth of knowledge most companies cannot match. Randy later became a sales representative for the same company winning many sales and customer service awards. In 2007 Randy started Smart Home Guy. His company has seen success and growth year after year. The entire staff treats every project with great care and focus on the details to insure we find the right fit for your project.
