The Kastner family has been offering quality construction services for over 125 years. Our specialty is commercial remodeling, interior build-outs and water damage repair.

Henry Kastner and his family came to St. Paul, Minnesota from Hamburg, Germany in 1885. Henry, a skilled mason, soon began plastering ceilings and walls as part of his business. Father taught son in the best of the old world traditions of craftsmanship. After several generations, plastering, drywall, and painting became Kastner family specialties.

Gary is now a fifth generation Kastner in business, starting in the trade more than thirty-five years ago by working for his father. Quality craftsmanship, honesty, and customer satisfaction are trademarks the Kastner business has maintained for five generations, and that legacy continues. 

Each generation handed down years of experience to the next, making the family owned business what it is today, a personable, experienced, and reputable company. Whether old or new, home or commercial building, Kastner Restoration has the flexibility to meet your needs. 

From start to finish, this family of professionals has years of experience in all aspects of remodeling.  Gary started his company with a desire to provide affordable and quality service to his customers.  With over 25 years of experience and a commitment to quality work Gary has built a solid reputation and maintained his business primarily through references from satisfied clients.
