Sealcrete is a vigorous and flourishing company founded in January 2015. Its proprietors, Julian Ramirez and Felix Vazquez, have accumulated a combined experience of over 30 years in the field of commercial building restoration and parking garage structures. Ramirez and Vazquez acquired vast and pertinent experience in all aspects of their trade while working together on a multitude of diverse projects in the industry. The efficient, successful completion of these projects and the level of trust and friendship that ensued was the impetus that motivated them to found their own company, and together they make for an exemplary partnership.

Vazquez is a respected and renowned supervisor in the field of parking structure repairs and an expert in traffic coating installations, expansion joint systems and concrete restoration. Ramirez, with a background in the field of construction engineering, takes charge of daily operations and management of the company’s projects.  All Sealcrete field employees are motivated, highly skilled and experienced craftsmen with years of hands-on experience and specialized training.
