Our company has capability to provide Construction Services, Scaffolding, Estimating, & Engineer Services ( Light gauge framing) to our customers.  Our headquarters is located in Washington, DC under Ward 7 HUBZone.

 At The Art of Design & Construction, LLC we focus in new construction and renovation of Residential Buildings using building information modeling. We provide metal framing, drywall & acoustical ceiling installation for Commercial, Institutional, and Religious structures in the state of Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. We stay well-informed of local subcontracting markets, building construction codes and materials prices that can streamline projects which allow us to provide our clients a superior finished product, on time and within budget.

Our staff is integrated with architectural designers, engineers, estimators, construction managers, supervisors, field staff, and technical support personnel that has vast experience and expertise coordinating with other construction trades in all facets of construction.
