Don Goodrich is a 35 year veteran of the floor covering industry and the founder and President of ICI Flooring. His past experience managing New Jersey's largest flooring retailer was a valuable asset and the platform for launching his own enterprise. Don takes a role as an Account Manager and as a developer of new business. Some of Don's distinguished clients include Nexus Properties, Costanza Contracting, Hilton Realty, Advance Group and C&C Construction.

Don's personal interests include golf, racquetball and attending Phillies, Sixers, and (his favorite) Philadelphia Eagles games. Don resides in Princeton and Philadelphia.

Tony has 24 years of experience in the installation of all floor covering products, and comes from a long line of family craftsmen. His knowledge proves invaluable today in his roles as Vice President. His responsibilities include assessing site conditions, quality control, project coordination and management, scheduling and sales. Tony holds certifications from Shaw Industries as a Master Trainer, Master Level CFI, Carpet and Rug Institute, Mohawk, Collins and Aikman, Forbo and Amtico International.

His distinguished clients include Capital Health Systems, St. Francis Medical, Herrod Construction, Jingoli Properties, Center Square Builders and National Realty

Tony resides in Hamilton, NJ with his wife of 21 years and his two children. He enjoys coaching baseball and girls softball.

Alice has been with ICI since October 1992. Initially she was hired as our receptionist and has been our Office Manger/Bookkeeper since 1998. As Office Manager at ICI, Alice is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. As Bookkeeper, Aliceserves as the primary financial record keeper at ICI. Some of her bookkeeping responsibilities include: managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling payroll, remitting sales/use tax and monthly/yearly closing of the company's books.

Alice currently resides in Lawrenceville, NJ with her son Brandon. Alice also has a daughter Brittney and a granddaughter Kailee. In her spare time, Alice enjoys spending time with her family, friends and shopping.

Jim Equals came to ICI in 2006 as the Warehouse Manager. He has 25 years experience in distribution and operations management in both retail and reverse logistics. He has a working philosophy of believing that there is a place for everything and everything should be in its place. With his philosophy and extensive experience, Jim is eager to utilize his diverse skills.

Jim is originally from the state of Washington and moved to New Jersey in 1994 after being promoted to oversee a flourishing distribution operation in Edison, NJ.

Jim currently resides in South Brunswick with his wife Bonnie and their Maltese Buddy. During his free time, he is an avid golfer, he also enjoys quiet time with his family, and working with his neighborhood association.

Kimberly Guagliardo joined the ICI Flooring team 11 years ago as an assistant project manager, bringing with her five years of industry experience. Her responsibilities include; all phases of estimating, coordinating, installations, working with sales staff, client liaison and project management. Prior to ICI, Kim worked for New Jersey's leading floor covering chain, first in the accounting department, and then as a sales assistant/customer service manager in the contract department.

Tori joined the ICI team in 2000. Her responsibilities include securing pricing, ordering and expediting orders, inventory control and claims resolution. She also assists the project managers and installation department as needed. Prior to ICI, Tori worked for 7 years as the office manager of the commercial department of one of New Jersey's largest retail carpet companies. 
Tori resides in Hamilton Square, NJ. Outside of ICI, Tori enjoys reading and spending time with her grandson Ethan.
