Scope Of Work
Currently underway, Centerra Apartment Homes marks the third project in the partnership with this repeat client. This Scottsdale apartment community was old and outdated compared to the surrounding developments and in desperate need of a make-over. Blackhawk worked with the owner in the early stages in order to develop a scope of work that met budget parameters.
Blackhawk is completing the renovations in “batches” in order to accommodate the leasing efforts of the active community. There are three floorplan types and all of the 202 apartment homes will be renovated. Interior renovations include demolition, drywall repairs, refinishing of all bathtubs, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, paint, cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and appliances. Exterior upgrades include exposed wood replacements, stucco repairs, and painting of entire complex.
